After carefully monitoring arrival and dismissal at AES, we would like to remind you of some very important procedures.

Arrival procedures are as follows...
We will begin receiving students into the building promptly at 8:00am daily. Breakfast will be served in the classroom until 8:20am.  Morning Carpool will end precisely at 8:30am.  After 8:30am you must drive around to the front of the school to check your child in as tardy.  Please remain in your car during this process.

Dismissal procedures are as follows...
Dismissal will begin daily at approximately 3:15pm.  Afternoon Carpool will end precisely at 3:40pm.  At this time there is no Extended Day Program in place.  Continued late pick-ups will be documented and submitted to the EBRP school security office.

Parents and students are required to wear a mask during all arrival and dismissal procedures.  Upon arrival, please have students prepared to exit the vehicle.

Please practice your carpool number with your student until he/she has it memorized.  This will expedite the afternoon carpool line.  Additionally, please have your carpool number visible to our duty faculty and staff.
