Greetings AES Family,
Join us this Thursday, August 30, 2018 for our first annual all-day OPEN HOUSE/Grade-level Orientation Event. Parents will receive information relative to classroom instruction and schoolwide procedures in addition to all supporting student documentation such as emergency cards, media release forms, parent compact letters, and Student Progress Center log-in instructions.
 
 
Below is a schedule of precise, designated visiting times for each grade-level:
 
  • 1st Grade: 11:15-12:00 Rm. 9
  • 2nd Grade: 12:00-12:45 Rm. 6
  • 3rd Grade: 2:15-3:00 Rm. 1
  • 4th Grade: 1:30-2:15 Rm. 14
  • 5th Grade: 12:45-1:30 Rm. 12
 
 
 
Please adhere to the times listed above, as the 45-minute increments are based on teacher grade-level meeting times. Teachers must return to their classrooms to continue the instructional process.
